Meet The Team
John Chukwuma drives the vision and strategy of JSK Realty Ltd. He studied Computer Science at the University of Benin and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. This blend of technical and business knowledge informs his leadership of the company.
John has experience in various sectors, including media production, customer service, and real estate development. He has successfully delivered projects in education, financial services, healthcare, and housing across several states, such as Kano, Jigawa, Sokoto, Kaduna, and Zamfara. He also served as a media consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria in Abuja for over five years.
With a solid understanding of what it takes to move a project from concept to completion, John focuses on real estate solutions that address genuine problems. He is dedicated to delivering homes and investments that meet your current needs while remaining valuable in the future.

Alo Kingsley Obinna is the leader of all construction activities at JSK Realty. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and a Master’s degree in Blockchain and Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia.
With over 10 years of experience in building design, project management, and site supervision, he has successfully led major construction projects in Niger State, Lokoja, and Abuja.
Kingsley integrates his technical construction knowledge with digital expertise, exploring how blockchain and artificial intelligence can enhance construction planning, cost control, and project delivery. His work enables JSK Realty to adopt smarter tools, resulting in better buildings.
